Since graduating with a degree in Retail Management and Marketing at Florida State University, Josephine has been afforded many opportunities for both leading sales teams and managing different aspects of marketing and retail functions in a number of well renowned organizations in the United States and Caribbean.   

Her career to date has afforded her extensive knowledge and experience in marketing, training, developing and motivating large sales force, strategic planning, overseeing business development activities and corporate communications; thus allowing her to facilitate client development; with concentration in the area of sales and marketing (expanding their clientele base) for firms and individual clients; she has been affiliated with.   

Other obligations throughout Josephine's career have included the designing and implementation of annual Marketing plans, Marketing Operation budgets (regional as well as overseas) and Business Development.  

With her strong leadership and consensus building skills, experience and knowledge in the area of Sales, Marketing & Public Relations and career in professional service environments, she decided to extend her career in the field of Real Estate. 

Her hobbies are volunteering, swimming, reading and socializing. 

Currently, she is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida and with Century 21 Heave-Ho Properties, and looks forward to serving you.
